Job Overview
the
Shelter Coordinators assist the case managers in meeting guest’s daily needs, supporting their plans for rehousing, maintaining safety for our guests, and enforcing the rules and policies of ICRH. We are looking to add some highly motivated, compassionate, creative and understanding members to our team.
Duties
Ensure the safety of shelter residents, volunteers, and property while on duty.
Maintain consistent communication the management team, complete required documentation daily activities, and accomplish assigned tasks.
Conduct wake-up calls in the morning and enforce bedtime rules at night.
Offer support and encouragement to shelter guests.
Oversee volunteers during your shift.
