About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to guide and elevate the daily operations of Isabel Stone. This role is central to our continued growth and requires a leader who can seamlessly balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.
You will oversee operations for a company managing $20M in annual revenue, lead and develop Account Managers, support estimating initiatives, and play a key role in expanding our snow‑removal division. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic, high‑expectation environment and brings a thoughtful, solutions‑oriented leadership style.
What You’ll Own
- Full stewardship of day‑to‑day operations
- Complete responsibility for scheduling across teams, equipment, and services
- Leadership, development, and accountability for Account Managers
- Expert use of Aspire for scheduling, estimating, reporting, and operational insights
- Oversight of $20M in revenue, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Strategic growth and refinement of the snow‑removal division
- Interpretation and application of P&L reports, KPIs, and financial metrics
- Active involvement in estimating, job costing, and proposal accuracy
- Cultivation of a high‑performance culture grounded in professionalism and humility
- Collaboration with ownership on long‑term operational strategy and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 7 years of operations leadership experience in landscaping, construction, snow management, or related fields
- Demonstrated success managing large‑scale revenue and complex operational systems
- Strong proficiency with Aspire (required)
- Horticultural knowledge, including plant materials, landscape standards, and residential outdoor environments
- Experience with estimating, job costing, and financial analysis
- A forward‑thinking, AI‑friendly mindset and openness to modern operational tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for work hours only
- A grounded leadership presence marked by integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office and job sites
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed
- Ability to operate a company vehicle during work hours
