The Live Chat Agent serves as a key point of contact for online customer interactions. This full-time, on-site role, based in Baltimore City County, MD, involves professionally responding to customer inquiries through live chat, providing prompt and accurate product information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. The agent will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback, drive engagement, and maintain service excellence.
