Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Field Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily field operations within our concrete foundation division. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily field operations, including scheduling and deploying multiple crews across active job sites in the Champaign market
- Oversee all phases of concrete construction, including:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
