Apparel Designer – Young Men's Off-Price

We're seeking a trend-driven Apparel Designer to join our team and help create commercially successful collections for the Young Men's customer across leading off-price and value retail channels. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong graphic apparel background, a passion for youth culture, and the ability to translate trends into compelling, cost-conscious product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections across graphic tees, fleece, activewear, knit tops, wovens, shorts, joggers, outerwear, and matching sets.
• Create CADs, tech packs trend presentations, and seasonal color palette & concept boards.
• Research fashion, streetwear, sports, music, gaming, and cultural trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Partner closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Sales, and Merchandising teams throughout the development process.
• Review samples, strike-offs, washes, and approvals to ensure product quality and design integrity.
• Support retailer presentations, line reviews, and assortment planning initiatives.
• Develop both licensed and non-licensed graphic programs while ensuring strong commercial appeal.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of apparel design experience, preferably in Young Men's, Men's, or Boys Youth apparel.
• Strong graphic apparel and trend research background.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
• Experience creating CADs, tech packs, color palettes, and trend presentations.
• Understanding of garment construction, fabric development, print techniques, embellishments, and value-driven product development.
• Experience working within off-price, mass market, private label, or value retail environments is preferred.
