Office Administrator

Job Description: 

Horn Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an Office Administrator in Exton, PA. This position provides essential administrative, financial, and customer service support to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple departments.

Responsibilities: 

• Support the Accounts Payable process, including invoice entry, verification, and vendor communication
• Assist with Accounts Receivable activities, such as payment processing, billing, and customer account follow-up
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Plumbing and HVAC Managers as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service by creating service orders, coordinating scheduling, and following up to ensure customer needs are met
• Contribute to business growth by helping to expand the Maintenance Contract customer base through outreach and customer engagement 

Job Qualifications: 

• 2 years of administrative experience
• Reliable transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree or higher is preferred
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

The starting base range for this position is $24 to $27 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range
