Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our legal team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Assist all legal staff including receptionists, paralegals, and attorneys across all office locations
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer and route inbound telephone calls on a multi-line phone system
- Process mailing
- Data entry
- Process account receivable telephone calls, including processing payments
- Maintain confidential physical files
- Perform all other office tasks as may be required
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, calendars, and multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
