HVAC Install Helper

Job Description:

Wade Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration is seeking an entry-level HVAC Residential Install Helper for their Leetsdale, PA, location serving the metro Pittsburgh area. This job would be ideal for a self-motivated individual who is customer service-oriented and eager to expand their trade knowledge.

This position would be ideal for a positive, hands-on go-getter who is open to learning and wants to advance in their trade within a growing organization.

Summary:

Established by Bob Wade in 1982, Wade Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration has proudly provided HVAC services to the Pittsburgh area and Western Pennsylvania region, winning multiple awards and recognitions for outstanding service. Wade partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing support and resources of a large national company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installations of Water heaters, PV Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Dryer Vents, and Dehumidifiers.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, understand, and address their HVAC concerns.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience or education in HVAC or related industry preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $20-22. This is the range of the base pay only. It does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
