Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer

Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer to join their Syracuse, NY team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installations of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units etc. for residential clients
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Education/coursework in HVAC preferred
• OSHA 10-hour Certificate and/or EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The starting base range for this position is $18.50 to $22.00/hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
