Job Description:
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of a Commercial Invoice Administrator for their Rochester, NY team. In this role, you will support commercial technicians and clients through various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for invoicing service tickets efficiently to maximize revenue across all applicable departments
- Accountable for reviewing work orders and jobs for accuracy, resolving errors to close outstanding items in a timely manner
- Assist with booking service calls and scheduling service orders from emails and portal clients
- Maintain various client portals to assist in managing the services, interactions, maintenance, and facilities requests from clients
- Answer questions regarding commercial clients to assist the contact center
- Provide customer support when needed
- Provide administrative support to field technicians and sales staff
- Assist with commission reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in a related field, and/or 3 years of administrative or related experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
- Working knowledge of Service Titan and/or Service Channel preferred

The starting base range for this position is $22 to $27 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
