Job Requirements:
- Be a self-starter, be motivated to learn, and have a desire to build an independent book of business over time.
- Be familiar with New York's retail landscape.
- Some leasing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Have impeccable integrity, period.
- Have an ability to be direct and bold in communications.
- Be willing to think big and have no fear.
- Be organized and able to handle multiple assignments - with an eye for detail for each one of them.
About the Job:
- This is a commission-based role, not a salaried position.
- Learn/advance your knowledge of the fundamentals of commercial leasing.
- Assist brokerage team(s) in daily leasing and sales activity.
- Accompany brokers on site tours and showings.
- Put together spreadsheets, offer letters and purchase offers.
- Work directly with Tenant and Landlord clients.
- With time and experience, create your own book of business.
