About the Role: The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing detailed production schedules to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate manufacturing and fulfillment operations. This role coordinates across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to align production output with demand and forecasting.
Operating within an end-to-end manufacturing environment—from raw materials through finished goods and final order fulfillment—the Production Scheduler plays a critical role in maintaining production flow, minimizing downtime, and ensuring on-time delivery.
This role is full-time, on-site at our new Mesa facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules across compounding, filling, packaging, kitting, and fulfillment
- Align production schedules with demand forecasts, inventory levels, and order priorities
- Sequence production runs to optimize efficiency, minimize changeovers, and maximize throughput
- Adjust schedules in real time to address material shortages, equipment issues, or labor constraints
- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure raw materials and components are available to meet production schedules
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Fulfillment teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
- Coordinate with Customer Experience and Commercial teams on order prioritization and delivery timelines
- Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory to support schedule accuracy
- Ensure timely staging of materials for production and fulfillment activities
- Identify potential shortages or constraints and proactively escalate risks
- Track production progress against schedule and adjust plans to maintain output and delivery targets
- Communicate schedule updates, risks, and changes to relevant stakeholders
- Support floor-level execution by maintaining visibility into production status and constraints
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling accuracy, production flow, and resource utilization
- Support implementation of planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and scheduling best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to throughput, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or cosmeceutical manufacturing strongly preferred
- Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes (compounding, filling, packaging, and fulfillment)
- Experience supporting both production and fulfillment environments
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
