ROSS Consultancy is currently identifying an experienced Construction P6 Scheduler to join a high-profile, Semiconductor Manufacturing project in Chandler, AZ on a long-term basis.

This is a specialist role requiring a highly autonomous scheduler capable of developing a near complete Primavera P6 schedule directly from scope and design documentation. The successful candidate will bring strong multi-discipline knowledge across mission-critical construction environments and the ability to logically sequence complex trades and systems within fast-track delivery programmes.

Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 from drawings, scope documents, and specifications
- Ability to draft Rev 0 baseline schedules using design documents, etc. with minimal input from project team members
- Establish WBS structures, logic links, activity durations, and sequencing across all disciplines
- Create and manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Integrate CSA, MEP, process mechanical, wet/dry systems, and facility systems into a cohesive master schedule
- Build schedules from the ground up before aligning specific disciplines for final sequencing
- Work proactively ahead of execution teams to ensure schedule readiness
- Collaborate with superintendents and discipline leads to refine sequencing methodology
- Analyse critical path, float, constraints, and schedule risks
- Support progress tracking, schedule updates, and onsite reporting
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide schedule clarity to construction teams
Scheduler Required Experience:
- 5 years’ experience as a Project Scheduler on mission-critical projects (semiconductor
- strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build Primavera P6 schedules independently from design and scope
- documentation
- Proven capability to create and manage a full Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Strong knowledge of scheduling systems and software, with the ability to build schedules
- bottom-up before final discipline alignment
- Solid understanding of construction execution, ideally gained through direct construction
- environment experience
- Ability to clearly translate scheduling logic and sequencing to superintendents and field

- Experience on large-scale industrial or high-tech facility projects
- Proven ability sequencing complex, multi-trade environments
