Automotive Service BDC Consultant

Irwin Lincoln Mazda is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping drive service traffic and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound service calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule service appointments
• Perform appointment confirmation and follow-up calls
• Conduct recall outreach campaigns
• Assist with client retention efforts
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer and scheduling skills
