Who We're Looking For

• A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• 1-2 years of previous experience in retail and/or administrative roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic phone and computer utilization skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  

What You'll Do

• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
• Greet and assist customers, answer incoming calls and inquires.
• Direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
• Daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s and bank deposits.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
