JOB DESCRIPTION
LENGTH OF WORK YEAR: 230 days
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Secondary Schools
PAY: PARA 070
DEPARTMENT: School Leadership

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Ensure the efficient operation of secondary schools and provide clerical services to the Executive Director of Secondary Schools; manage confidential information and engage in frequent contact with all levels of district employees, parents/community, and the public.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GEDSpecial Knowledge/Skills
Knowledge of general office equipment- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient skills in typing, word processing and file maintenance
- Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate computer/peripherals using a variety of basic applications.
- Ability to effectively use district programs with reasonable assistance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Drive, Sharepoint, Teams)
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Knowledge of Videoconferencing Programs (Zoom, Teams, Meets)
- Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work simultaneously on several projects Excellent proofreading and writing skills
Minimum Experience :
At least three (3) years of related experience

Occasional prolonged and irregular hours. Occasional lifting of twenty pounds
