- Fiscal Services: Focus on district-wide procurement, general goods, and professional services that support our business operations.
- Information Technology (IT): Focus on the specialized acquisition of software, hardware, digital infrastructure, and technology-based service agreements.
In both roles, you will serve as a trusted resource, navigating complex purchasing laws and finding the best solutions for our schools.

- Lead Procurement: Direct the acquisition of products and services using competitive and transparent processes, including formal bids and RFPs. Support statewide professional organizations and purchasing consortiums for schools.
- Manage Contracts: Review, negotiate, and award agreements to protect the district’s interests and ensure legal compliance.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with district leadership and legal counsel on complex procurements.
- Improve Processes: Coordinate and refine workflows, develop and maintain processes for procurement, contracts, and consortium purchasing in close collaboration with purchasing and legal exports.
- Safeguard our Students and Staff: Ensure all purchasing and contracts adhere to public procurement rules, state and federal regulations, and best practices.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, contracts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge and Experience: Experience in purchasing, contracting, or procurement—public sector experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and negotiation abilities.
