Unified Communications Engineer (Power BI experience)

We are seeking a Unified Communications Engineer with specialized experience in Zoom platform management, Power BI dashboarding and analytics, and AudioCodes voice infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and data-driven professional who can bridge UC technologies with meaningful insights to improve user experience and drive adoption.

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

This Job Pays: $90-110k plus benefits

What You Will Do:

• Daily review and resolution of user and system issues to maintain optimal operations.

What Gets You The Job:

• 2 years of experience in Unified Communications, direct Zoom enterprise administration is a plus!
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBCs and voice gateways.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in VoIP, video conferencing, SIP, and UC-related networking.
• Strong communication and documentation skills. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex UC and telephony issues.
• Windows and Linux/Unix OS proficiency.
