Sr. Systems Engineer (Remote)
We have an immediate need for contract Sr. Systems Engineer to join our client, a non-profit real estate holding company. The Sr. Systems Engineer will take the lead on implementing Intune for Apple devices, contribute to a Windows 11 upgrade initiative, and support mobile device management (MDM) solutions across the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a collaborative IT team and make a significant impact on the organization.
Location : Charlotte, NC (Remote)
This job expects to pay about $80 – 110 per hour plus benefits.
What You Will Do :
- Lead the implementation of Intune for Apple devices, ensuring seamless rollout and adoption.
- Manage and optimize mobile device management (MDM) systems to support both Android and Apple platforms.
- Collaborate on the deployment and upgrade of Windows 11 across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to devices, software, and operating systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, including desktop technicians and the system administrator.
- Partner with the VP of IT to develop and implement system and device strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
