The Representative, Centralized Applicant Services is responsible for the administrative processing of prospective tenant applications across the Apartments Division.
- Review and process prospective tenant applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Address applicant inquiries via phone and email. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns, identifying resolutions, and providing next steps.
- Adjust ledger charges in accordance with ongoing leasing specials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- 0 - 2 years
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $26.73
