You’ll drive full-cycle hiring across our GTM org, partner with sharp leaders, and play a meaningful role in shaping our talent engine during an exciting growth phase. What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake to offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build aligned hiring plans
- Source, engage, and nurture high-caliber talent through outbound strategies, platforms, and networking
- Manage candidate pipelines with urgency and consistency
- Conduct structured interviews and provide thoughtful, actionable evaluation notes
- Drive a polished candidate experience that reflects Iru’s culture and onsite Miami environment
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless coordination
- Track and report key recruiting metrics
- Maintain process consistency across ATS workflows
- Flex quickly as priorities shift—supporting new searches, refining processes, and filling urgent roles as needed
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting for business roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for sales, marketing, customer success, and similar teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
