Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a strategic mindset, and proven experience in supervising teams, driving business development, and implementing process improvements. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, fostering growth, and achieving organizational goals through effective leadership and project management.

Responsibilities· Responsibly drive company vehicles

· Manage/coach all resources

· Align teams or individuals with job related tasks

· Efficiently manage crews on job sites

· Obtain jobs and steer through process

· Link job name, to project including individual components and location

· Independent problem solving

· Ability to overcome adversity

· Driven to complete task with quality and pride

· Ensure product meets customer expectations

· Drive resolution of all individual projects

· Key communicator from design through fabrication and coating to installation

· Validation and confirmation of ALL test fits

· Daily job review

· Sheet metal fabrication

· Manage sheet metal inventory

· Manage all jobs from concept to installation

· Manage all inventory for materials and supplies

· Order material (standard and job specific)

· Order consumables (shop supplies)

· Scheduling jobs & installations – w/customer interaction

· Manage people resources on daily tasks

· Employee Reviews

· Write up & Disciplinary actions

· Time Card review/approval

· Single point of contact between shop and owner

Qualifications

• Proven management experience with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively.
• Expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial analysis and cost control.
• Business development experience with a demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management is preferred.
• · Capable of all forms of welding (AWS 3G vertical Structural)

Pay: $1, $1,600.00 per week
