Employer Contributions Analyst
We are a Union Fund Office servicing Ironworkers of NJ and Philadelphia area.
· Provide first point contact for contributing employer inquiries; such as benefit fund purchase, remittance weekly hour’s reports, error and omissions.
· Review remittance reports received daily for accuracy.
· Enter purchased hours from the weekly or monthly remittance hour’s reports into benefit software ensuring accuracy.
· Process and print all necessary corresponding reports (deposit slip & employer detail reports) and present to the accounting department.
· Maintain a file for deposit slips and employers detail report.
· Coordinate with department staff and Employer Contributions Manager to resolve employer delinquency or discrepancy and employer inquiries or issues.
· Manage internal /external Local Union members and employer requests via telephone and email efficiently to support a time- sensitive atmosphere.
· File remittance reports.
· Maintain the holds folder of contractors weekly hour’s reports with discrepancies by contacting employers first via telephone or email and follow up with a written letter after five days if issue maintains unresolved.
· Support the contributions staff in a variety of administrative tasks as required.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (35 hours/week) *In Office*

Salary: $50k - $55k Depending on experience
Must pass drug test & background check
