Ironwood West Michigan Group is seeking a Sales Associate / Customer Support Representative for our retail team in Battle Creek, MI.

Compensation
$16-$20 per hour
Additional performance-based earnings may be available.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in a retail setting
- Provide information about available products and services
- Assist customers with account setup and service selections
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Build positive customer relationships
- Support daily store operations
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
