Associate Optometrist – Private Practice Opportunity

Position Overview
- Comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
- Medical optometry including glaucoma, dry eye, and ocular disease management
- Contact lens fittings (including specialty lenses, Scleral Lenses etc.)
- Co-management of surgical patients (cataract, LASIK, etc.)
- Optional opportunity to develop specialty services (dry eye, myopia management, specialty lenses)
Schedule
- Part-time or Full-time (4 days per week)
- Flexible scheduling options available
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience and productivity)
- Production bonus: Percentage-based incentive with strong earning potential

What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
