What You’ll Do
As a Production Process Technician, you’ll ensure production runs at peak efficiency using optimized processing methods. You’ll troubleshoot issues, apply root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily schedule changes and production needs
- Ensuring cycle times, scrap, and efficiency meet BOM standards
- Creating and maintaining robust processes
- Troubleshooting EOAT/robotics and processing issues
- Performing tool sets and pulls
- Writing work instructions and interpreting cavity pressure graphs
- Collaborating with the team to improve manufacturing methods
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of processing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS)
- Strong troubleshooting and tooling knowledge
- Systematic Molding score of 80% or higher
