In this role, you’ll partner with physicians, clinicians, and technical staff to ensure the highest standards in radiation therapy, imaging, and patient safety.
What You’ll Do:
As a key clinical expert, you will:
- Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of radiation therapy treatments
- Perform equipment calibration, quality assurance (QA), and compliance checks
- Collaborate with oncologists and care teams to develop and optimize treatment plans
- Lead efforts in radiation safety and regulatory compliance
- Monitor and evaluate new technologies to enhance patient outcomes
- Provide training and guidance to medical and technical staff
What We Required Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Medical Physics, Physics, or related field
- Board certification or board-eligible (e.g., ABR or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of radiation therapy, dosimetry, and QA processes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced treatment techniques (IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, etc.)
- Familiarity with leading treatment planning systems and imaging technologies
- Passion for innovation and improving patient care
