Ironwood Craftsmen is a veteran-owned residential construction company specializing in luxury custom homes and high-end renovations throughout New Hampshire's Lakes Region and White Mountains.

We're building a reputation for craftsmanship, professionalism, and quality—and we're looking for one motivated individual to grow with us.

This isn't a production framing crew or a company where you'll spend every day doing the same task.

You'll work directly alongside the owner, learning every phase of residential construction while helping build some of the area's finest homes.

If your goal is to become an exceptional carpenter—not just collect a paycheck—we want to meet you.

What You'll Learn

You'll gain hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of residential construction, including:

• Custom home construction
• High-end kitchen renovations
• Luxury bathroom remodels
• Framing
• Exterior siding and trim
• Window and door installation
• Interior finish carpentry
• Cabinet installation
• Hardwood flooring
• Tile installation
• Jobsite organization
• Project planning and construction sequencing

You'll see projects from demolition through final walkthrough and learn why quality craftsmanship matters.

• Can safely perform physical construction work

Construction experience is helpful, but it isn't required.

We're willing to teach the right person.
