Medical Surgical Nurse Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Days; Mon-Friday
- Medical Surgical Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Med/Surg or Inpatient Services department, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Leads and develops nursing staff through performance management, staffing oversight, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve organizational goals and positive patient outcomes
Medical Surgical Nurse Manager Qualifications
- Medical Surgical Nurse Manager must have an RN license with the ability to practice in NM
- Must have 3 or more years of Medical Surgical experience
- Must have at least 1 year of nurse leadership experience
