A facility near Lebanon, NH is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team!
Pay Range: $55-$100/hr
Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Schedule: M-F; five 8-hour shifts
- The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan.
Perform routine physical exams and preventive health screenings, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education and health counseling.
Family Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
- Family Nurse Practitioner must have 3 or more years working in a primary care setting
- Family Nurse Practitioner must be licensed or willing to obtain a license in the state of New Hampshire
- Family Nurse Practitioner will be required to have BLS upon hire
