Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 / hourly

• DON is eligible for overtime pay
  

Director of Nursing Opportunity:

• Full-time, Direct Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day shift
  
• Setting: Long-term Care Facility
  
• Well maintained facility with welcoming management staff
  

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Director of Nursing will work closely with ADON and facility management to support safe and efficient care coordination, patient flow and ongoing quality improvement
  
• Demonstrates positive, supportive, and caring behaviors in communication with patients/residents, families, visitors, physicians, staff, and all others
  
• Director of Nursing will assist with the development and management of the nursing budget and approve invoices pertaining to staff contracts and approved expenses necessary to sustain operations
  

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• Current RI State or Compact RN license
  
• 5 years of RN experience required
  
• 2 years of Nurse Management in an LTC setting experience required
