About IronRock Security

IronRock Security is currently hiring multiple Unarmed Security Officers to provide professional security services at a warehouse facility in Hamilton.

We are seeking dependable, professional, and experienced security officers who can maintain a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and our client.

Available Shifts

We Are Currently Hiring For All Three Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
  
  

Multiple openings are available across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of security experience required
• Active SORA card
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or industrial security experience is a plus
• Unarmed security experience preferred
• Valid security license/card required, if applicable
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Ability to follow post orders, company policies, and client procedures
• Ability to accurately complete daily activity and incident reports
• Ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a security team
  
  

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional security presence throughout the warehouse facility
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and designated security areas
• Control and monitor access to the facility
• Verify employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries as required
• Conduct regular security patrols
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems as assigned
• Respond appropriately to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
• Identify and report suspicious activity and security concerns
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports
• Report safety hazards, property damage, and other incidents to appropriate personnel
• Follow all site-specific post orders and security procedures
• Maintain professional communication with warehouse management, employees, visitors, and vendors
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned
  
  

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a reliable and experienced security professional with at least three years of security experience. Candidates who have previously worked in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or industrial security environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

$18.00–$18.50 per hour

Shift placement and starting rate may be based on experience, qualifications, and position requirements.
