We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to help execute our marketing strategy and produce measurable results. This role is critical in building brand awareness, generating qualified leads for new customer acquisition, and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and prioritize daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
· Prepare and analyze monthly reports on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
· Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
· Oversee and grow our social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn.
· Develop engaging advertising and marketing materials to support the sales team.
· Track conversions and manage lead data within CRM platforms (HubSpot, ConnectWise).
Qualifications
· Strong understanding of search engines, web analytics, and business research tools.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot and ConnectWise Manage).
· Proficiency in AEO/SEO/SEM strategies and campaign execution.
· Solid computer skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
