We are currently in search of a Administrative Assistant to facilitate administrative duties in our Selinsgrove Office.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Performing administrative functions such as answering phones, greeting clients, and responding to emails.
· Perform bookkeeping including, but not limited to, paying office expenses, issuing commission payments to agents, and auditing financial transactions.
· Auditing transactions files for accuracy and compliance.
· Ensuring office space and conference rooms are organized and tidy.
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast pace work environment.
· Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
· Experience with Google Chrome and Microsoft programs
Education and Experience
· 2 years of experience in office administration
· Real Estate experience is a plus
