Job purpose
This role is designed to facilitate the day to day operational activities in support of Real Estate Sales and Property Management. The Administrative Assistant is a highly dependable team member that will create efficiency for Real Estate Sales & Property Management by focusing on maintaining organization and communications between internal and external parties.
Duties and responsibilities
- Handle incoming mail and utility bills
- Answer phone and email inquiries for rentals or maintenance requests
- Document and organize all necessary paperwork for transactions, inspections, etc.
- Maintain key, sign and lockbox log as well as resident and owner files
- Electronically file and enter bills for payment.
- Facilitate procurement of inventory as needed.
- Assist with all aspect of the sales and property management process as well as liaise between maintenance vendors, owners, third parties, residents, etc.
- Coordinate showings, listings and settlements.
- Enter and update listings and other systems.
- Create social media posts and marketing materials.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Highly organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective Communicator
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Real Estate experience is a plus.
Working conditions
Regular 32-40 hours of work, in office.
Physical requirements
Candidate must be able to spend significant time on the phone, standing, and walking up and down stairs. Must be able to lift to 40 pounds at a time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
