Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Mechanic located in the greater Wasatch front and surrounding counties. The Fleet Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles and heavy equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, diagnosing and resolving equipment failures, and ensuring all work complies with safety and operational standards. The role also requires maintaining detailed records of completed services and inspections, and collaborating with team members to ensure a fully operational fleet.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of fleet vehicles and equipment
- Proficiency in working with Heavy Equipment systems
- Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems using Troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Capability to work in a physically demanding, on-site role
- Prior experience in vehicle or fleet maintenance is highly advantageous
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
