We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall safety of the premises.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure security and safety protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Conduct regular surveillance to safe guard against breaches of security.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats.
- Assist in conflict management situations by de-escalating tensions and providing support as necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and provide detailed reports on incidents.
- Perform administer basic first aid and or CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
- Participate in strategies to minimize damage to property.
- Experience in Bag checks.
Skills
- Proficient in Metal Detecting and Security Wanding measures .
- Knowledgeable in first aid and CPR; certification is preferred.
- Experience in law enforcement, corrections, or military background is advantageous.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with security protocols strategies.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
