Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of safety and productivity, and mentoring a team of associates to meet organizational objectives.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Supervise and Mentoring: Oversee, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports while monitoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety to ensure high efficiency.
- Operational Management: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory while tracking operational reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and safety regulations by monitoring and correcting at-risk behaviors and maintaining a secure work environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, specifically within fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computerized applications like spreadsheets and databases.
- Proven ability in monitoring daily production goals, meeting KPIs, and resolving conflicts to manage team dynamics effectively.
- Physical readiness to lift at least 40 lbs and work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Shifts: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
- Location: 1 Archive Drive, St. Louis MO
