As a 1st shift inbound Supervisor, you will work directly with the 1st Shift Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. Youll play a key role in ensuring inbound loads are unloaded and broken down on time, accurately, and safety is a top priority.

1st Shift: Monday Friday, 5:00 AM 1:30 PM.
Flexibility Required

Lead and supervise a team handling inbound freight operations.
Ensure all inbound shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.
Train, certify, and oversee forklift drivers.
Maintain receiving records and investigate any discrepancies.
Monitor and improve productivity while keeping safety a priority.
Communicate effectively with different departments to keep things running smoothly.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline operations and cut costs.

Warehouse Leadership Experience Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
Safety & Quality Focused Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance.
Strong Communicator Ability to give clear instructions and coordinate with different teams.
Problem Solver Quick thinker who can troubleshoot issues on the spot.
