The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead the UX vision, strategy, and execution for InSight DXP. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the VP of Platform Engineering and operating at the intersection of AI-first product and design strategy and enterprise-scale execution.
You will be responsible for building the systems needed to scale a complex platform while staying ahead of the fast-paced technology landscape, specifically for Agentic AI design patterns. You will play a critical role in translating vision into action—ensuring our platform remains intuitive, modern, and indispensable for the world's most sophisticated enterprises. Key Responsibilities
Design & AI-First Evolution
- Lead the UX strategy for InSight DXP, aligning design priorities with GPT’s broader strategic objectives and the Digital Business.
- Develop AI-powered design processes that drive productivity from discovery and requirements to design and handoff.
- Define “AI-First” interaction patterns for users working with AI agents and complex metadata.
- Translate leadership vision into structured design roadmaps and measurable user outcomes.
- Architect and scale enterprise-grade design systems to eliminate design drift, ensure consistent and modern user patterns, and account for accessibility standards.
- Establish an effective operating cadence for the design team, ensuring alignment with agile sprints to get to market faster.
- Drive accountability and transparency across complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning product and engineering.
- Partner closely with the Platform leadership to drive prioritization and focus on the user experience.
- Develop high-impact executive communications and narratives that bridge the gap between user needs and business ROI.
- Identify and resolve organizational gaps or execution bottlenecks that hinder the delivery of world-class UX.
- Experience : 12 years of experience in Product Design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- AI Expertise : Proven track record in "AI-First" design, specifically in creating intuitive interfaces for generative AI, LLMs, or agentic workflows.
- Systemic Thinking : Experience building and scaling design systems within an Agile framework to support a high-volume, global user base.
- Technical Literacy : Ability to stay atop a fast-paced landscape, understanding how low-code/no-code architectures and metadata frameworks impact the final user experience.
- Domain Expertise : Experience in industries with heavy compliance and governance requirements (e.g., Banking, Government, or Healthcare).
- Tools : Proficiency in tools like Figma for real-time, side-by-side collaboration with marketing and brand teams.
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
