Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Commercial Organization team.
In this role, you will be responsible for applying analytical skills to real-time business projects and collaborating cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions that positively impact the organization.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage reports to provide actionable data findings and insights for decision-making across the team and organization.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams to construct business cases and present data for key meetings to help influence change and achieve positive outcomes.
- Ensure consistent documentation by creating and maintaining standard procedures for key tasks, complying with company policies and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and be a Rising Senior (expected graduation in 2027) , returning to the course of study following the internship.
- Strong knowledge of or proficiency with technical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Google Slides , and comfort with data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Proven ability in strong communication skills and teamwork to effectively collaborate and present data findings.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to organize and structure data.
- Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the full duration of the internship.
