Iron mma is a growing martial arts academy dedicated to developing students of all levels—from beginners seeking fitness and self-confidence to active competitors preparing for amateur and professional competition.
We are seeking an experienced Muay Thai Instructor with a proven competitive background and a passion for coaching athletes and recreational students alike.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Muay Thai classes for adults and youth
- Develop structured training programs for students of varying skill levels
- Coach fighters preparing for amateur and/or professional competition
- Conduct pad work, technical instruction, sparring supervision, and conditioning sessions
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and safe training environment
- Assist with member retention and student development
- Participate in gym events, seminars, and competitions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated Muay Thai competition experience with a verifiable fight record
- Proven track record of success as a competitor and/or coach
- Strong knowledge of Muay Thai techniques, strategy, conditioning, and fight preparation
- Ability to teach beginners while also developing advanced athletes
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience cornering fighters in competition
- Previous coaching or gym instruction experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience in related disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing, Wrestling or MMA
