Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour commissions

Warrior Martial Arts Academy is hiring a high-energy, sales-driven Sales Associate / Front Desk Coordinator for our Plano location. This is not a passive receptionist role. We are looking for someone who knows how to connect with people, create excitement, handle follow-up, and convert prospects into members.

You will be the first impression of our academy and a key driver of growth. Your job is to welcome walk-ins, follow up with leads, schedule and manage trial students, present membership options, and close enrollments. What You’ll Do

• Greet walk-ins, prospects, and current members with confidence and energy
• Follow up on digital leads and get trials booked consistently
• Conduct tours of the academy and communicate the value of our programs
• Guide trial students and families through the enrollment process
• Present membership options and close sales using our iPad-based CRM system
• Keep the front desk organized, professional, and welcoming during peak evening hours
• Help create an upbeat, community-focused atmosphere that reflects the Warrior brand
• Build strong relationships with members and families to support long-term retention

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who is comfortable asking for the sale and closing
• Previous experience in sales, membership sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication skills and a naturally outgoing personality
• High personal energy and the ability to stay sharp during busy evening hours
• Comfortable using technology, tablets, CRMs, and payment systems
• Organized, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
• Martial arts familiarity, especially Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Muay Thai, is a plus but not required

Compensation

• Base Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Commission: $10.00 per enrollment
• Monthly Goal: 15 new memberships
• Commissions are uncapped, so strong performers have room to grow beyond baseline earnings
