Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this role you will be:
- Working cooperatively with team members
- Able to address neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric nutrition concerns
- Calculating calorie, protein, and other nutrient-restricted diets
- Competent in diabetic diet exchange, carbohydrate counting, and renal diet exchange management as well as other therapeutic diets
- Personalizing the room service program
- Checking the tray line as needed
- Adaptable to stressful situations, a fast-paced environment, and change
- Able to multitask and follow through with simple systems to assure compliance to doctor’s orders
- Utilizing excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Required:
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
- EXPERIENCE: Previous patient interaction preferred along with experience with modified menus
