Position Summary
Technical Consultants provide cross-platform support, troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and operational support across the entire M365 suite. They ensure stable, secure, and optimized operations for end users and assist with incident resolution and platform monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve M365 IRWorks incidents (P1–P4) across the enterprise.
Monitor Dataverse environments, resource usage, and performance.
Configure and maintain Power Platform environments and pipelines.
Support users with Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and M365 apps.
Support OneDrive tenant and backup configuration.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate operations.
Support SharePoint Online Administration.
Create user training materials, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
Assist with PoCs and pilot testing.
Prepare bi-weekly and monthly performance and technical reports.
Required Qualifications
5 years technical experience with Microsoft 365 services.
Skilled in troubleshooting across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Power Platform.
Knowledge of Dataverse, pipelines, connectors, and admin centers.
PowerShell scripting capability.
Experience with AvePoint Online Services and M365 governance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Security/Other Requirements
Must obtain and maintain Tier II MBI.
On-call participation for urgent incidents required.
