Job Title: Workday ERP Developer / Technical Consultant
Location: Richmond, Virginia; On-site required
Position Summary
Wize Solutions, a leading IT consulting firm based in Abingdon, VA, is seeking an experienced Workday ERP Developer and Technical Consultant to support enterprise Workday implementations and integrations. This role is hands-on and focused on data conversion, API development, technical configuration, system integrations, administration, and downstream impact analysis. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with business and technical stakeholders in a complex, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support Workday data conversion and validation efforts
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations and APIs
• Perform technical configuration within Workday modules
• Administer and support Workday environments
• Conduct impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
• Support reporting, data flows, and downstream system integrations
• Collaborate with on-site stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues
• Document technical designs, configurations, and integration patterns
Required Qualifications
• Proven 5 years of experience as a Workday ERP Developer or Technical Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Workday data conversion and integrations
• Strong understanding of Workday APIs and integration frameworks
• Experience with Workday technical configuration and administration
• Ability to analyze system impacts across integrated platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments
• Familiarity with downstream reporting and data warehouse integrations
• Experience supporting large, complex Workday implementations
• Workday certifications are a plus

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
