Compensation: $85,000/year

Location: Fully Remote – PST (U.S. Only)

We’re currently hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT ) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients age 5 through one of our trusted California-based partners.

What You'll Do

As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 5 ) with moderate/high acuity.
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
  
  
  

More About The Role

• Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient Tribal Health Program & FQHC located in California
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 20-40 hrs/wk in PST | Flexible
• Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 30 minutes for follow-up appointments
• Administrative time: 60 minutes per day
• Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT ).
• Active California LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license strongly required
• Availability ( 20 - 40 hours per week) during PST
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred (experience using eClinicalWorks a plus!)
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
