- Setting: 100% Remote | Michigan based CMHC, working in an ACT setting
- Schedule: 20 hrs/wk | Ideally two clinical days (Monday & Tuesday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST)
- Patient Population: Ages 18 with moderate acuity, including diagnoses SPMI, SUD, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic disorders, IDD, dual diagnosis, depression, ODD, and ADHD.
- Approximately 2 hours per day on remaining weekdays for case consultations, urgent clinical needs, care coordination, and court documentation.
- Seeking a provider comfortable working with a diverse patient population.
- This role will also be expected to meet ACT/IDDT operational and clinical expectations, including active participation in a multidisciplinary team, delivering integrated dual disorder treatment, and adhering to MDHHS training and service requirements.
- Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.
- Active Michigan medical license strongly preferred
- Board Certification in Psychiatrist Required.
- ACT experience required.
- Availability for 20 hours per week during EST hours.
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience us ing PCE a plus!)
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
