An established general contractor is seeking Traveling Superintendents to manage projects across the Midwest, including IL, IN, OH, MI, KY, and MO. This role offers steady work in diverse markets with strong support for travel.
Position Details:
- Regions: Midwest focus (IL, IN, OH, MI, KY, MO)
- Project Types: Banks, restaurants, and retail — both ground-up and interior rebuilds
- Requirements:
- 10 years of general contracting experience
- Proven background in ground-up or interior rebuild projects
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
- Willingness to travel full-time
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Truck Allowance: Currently under review for increases
- Per Diem & Housing: Area-based per diem; company pays for hotels (often suites with kitchenettes)
- Travel Home Policy: One trip home per month (flight or mileage reimbursement, flexible schedule)
- Health Insurance: 70/30 employer split
- 401(k): Eligible beginning the 1st of the month after hire
