💰 $115K–$150K | Vehicle/Allowance Included
We’re hiring 10 Superintendents to support a major expansion across the Midwest!
This role is ideal for field leaders who take ownership, lead from the front, and care about delivering high-quality projects that stand the test of time.
What You’ll Be Leading
• Ground-up, wood-framed multifamily and senior living projects
• 3-story builds (~150K sq. ft., $20M–$40M range)
• Full site execution from mobilization through punch and turnover
• Daily coordination, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Quality and safety standards across all phases
What We’re Looking For
• 7–10 years of construction field experience
• Strong background in ground-up wood-framed construction
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to completion
• High-character leader — mentor mindset with a “get it done” attitude
• Stable work history with full project lifecycle experience
